My signal that I get off the air is very very weak when I first connected the unit it did not work. After adding a next external antenna as suggested by tech-support my signal is not the greatest but it does work.

Mobile Signal Boosters did improve our cell signal from 0-1 to 1-3. I expected the signal booster to pull the signal out of the thin air and give me 4 bars, but it did not do that. It pulled the signal out of the thin air and made it usable at1-3 bars. A bit pricey, however, it works.
