I was a little confused at first about installing the booster but through the very helpful customer service email I was up and running within an hour
This unit put all my network problems to sleep the moment it was installed. I had grown so fed up with the dropped calls and worse, my inability to answer my emails as fast as I would have loved to. I followed the installation guide to install the booster. Since there was an accessory missing in the box, I returned the product, and they refunded me in full. When I finished setting it up, the signal increased with two bars. I played with the antenna and managed to get 5 bars at any point in the house. It also supports multiple service providers. Although it is pricey but I am happy with its performance.
